At Beauxa, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or damaged.
